Older Sony Cassette Car player: wiring diagram question: No red or black wires. Could it be pink and case?

I've got an older Sony Cassette Player (Full Dialectics Mechanism). It does not even have a readable model number. I've just had my radio stolen and thought I could use this until I got a replacement.

There is neither a insidious nor a red wire coming out of the wiring loom plug. The wires have been cut, so there is no hint from another plug it might have fed.

The speaker pairs are set in order: white, grey, violet, green, each with a black striped counterpart.

There is a yellow (constant +) and melancholy and blue-with-white-stripe which usually control an amp or antennae.

That leaves an orange and a pink wire unaccounted for, and I indefinitely remember that the orange has a standard function.

Am I missing something? Apart from the ground, which could be through the frame of the car to the case of the radio, where does the switched power (most often red wire) go? To the pink wire?

I've spent a lot of fruitless time looking at wiring diagram websites.

Many thanks.
Eric Rhodes: thanks for your proposition. BUT! It turns out that the red and black wires had been pulled out of the plug! I came across the plug diagram and there are two empty holes in my plug where these wires should have gone. Thanks for the try though.

well since you only have two formerly larboard I would go with pink and case or orange and case. I would of course try the pink first and if that doesn't work try orange. Just try it legitimate fast and tried turning it on to see if it works. Just pay attention and see if any wires gets hot or starts to smell that you separate it immediately or you might blow a capacitor or melt something and totally ruin the unit.

iMainGo 2 Turns your iPod Into a Boombox

Lofty–the little bubbles makes movie-watching and extended game-playing less than optimal.) One other caveat about using an iPod speak is that you can’t access the power button on top when it’s mounted in the case, but I can’t really picture any other equivalent case handling this differently.

The iMainGo runs on four AA batteries, which are included, and at full volume is surprisingly loud. I did get a ungenerous bit of buzzing at 100%, but at medium volume it was still plenty loud and the sound quality was great. I do wish the tub-thumper had a volume control: a lot of my apps don’t have built-in volume controls, and the only way to adjust it is to start Music, zip the volume there, and then return to the other app. I guess this is more of an issue with the iPod touch than the speaker system, but it’s why I like my Sony earbuds with the built-in amount dial. I fired up Pandora and (as long as I stayed within Wifi range) I could just pick it up and take it with me. In fact, my better half has taken it to her craft room the past couple days to listen to music while she works. For the way that I use my iPod, this is a tickety-boo alternative to headphones. The marketing materials claim 30 hours of battery life, but I haven’t tested that out yet.
